XC AMATEUR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP REFUND REQUEST PROGRAM

QUALIFIED RIDER REFUNDS

Due to unforeseen circumstances we understand that racers may need to withdraw from the XC Amateur National Championship. All we ask is that you submit your refund request as soon as possible before the event.

Qualified Riders who need to withdraw from the XC Amateur National Championship need to submit a refund request by Monday, July 28th, 2025 at the latest to receive a refund.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will ONLY be issued by submitting a Request to www.nra-usa@outlook.com">www.nra-usa@outlook.com
Requests will not be accepted after July 28th, 2025.
Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the event.
Refunds issued by check will be charged a $10 processing fee.
Credit Card, PayPal, and Venmo service fees will not be refunded.
